In the framework of Constitutional and legal powers, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi issued a decision to discharge Mr. Ramadan Gashi from the duty of Deputy Minister of Ministry of Justice.
Mr. Gashi is discharged from his duty due to an indictment brought against him by the state prosecutor.
