Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi held a meeting with the Kuwaiti Ambassador in Tirana, the non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, Najeeb Al Bader.
In the meeting, the Prime Minister thanked the Ambassador for Kuwait’s recognition of the Republic of Kosovo and he emphasized that it is now time to intensify diplomatic relations, as well as to build multi-lateral cooperation between the two countries.
Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi said that cooperation between the two friendly countries should deepen in all fields, especially economic development. In this context, the Republic of Kosovo welcomes Kuwaiti economic investment, said Mr. Thaçi.
Ambassador Al-Bader thanked Prime Minister Thaçi for receiving him and reconfirmed the will of the Kuwaiti Government to expand and intensify cooperation in all fields of mutual interest, especially economic exchange. On behalf of the Kuwaiti Government, Ambassador Al-Bader invited the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo on an official visit to Kuwait, which will be a good opportunity to present all the investment opportunities in Kosovo.
