Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Edita Tahiri received the parachutist and famous photographer from Albania, Mr. Alket Islami, who presented the “Kosovo from the air” project to the Deputy Prime Minister, which has been going on for some years in Kosovo. This project includes aerial photographs of sites of natural beauty and historic value in Kosovo.
Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri congratulated Mr. Islami on his work on previous projects, like that of “Albania from the air”, wishing him success in the project being done in Kosovo.
Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri said that she has carefully followed Mr. Islami’s unique and professional work, and she called him “Albanian Nadari”.
“Mr. Islami has made a great contribution by presenting globally the rare and unknown beauties of Albanian lands, and on this occasion is contributing to the development of tourism in Albania and Kosovo,” said Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri.
Mr. Islami thanked Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri for her support and promised that in the future he will continue to engage in projects that are important for Albanian lands.
