Our relationships are relationships between brothers and at the same are foundations partnerships for the future. This unique relationship in its nature and their history, the region and its sustainable development requires much more solidarity, efficiency and peacemaking. Albania and Kosovo should remain a binominal pioneer binomial for the most hopeful perspectives in the Balkans and the living example of an integration of desired and deserved into the European Union.

Whatever the difficulties may be occurred, I strongly believe that in cooperation with the new coalition government, led by You, realization of a common agenda of priorities will accelerate. In this historical process, we are encouraged and strongly supported by the Berlin Summit platform.
