At this point, special emphasis was placed on the role of the Chamber of Commerce to coordinate the implementation of dual education, since as Prime Minister Kurti said, there must be genuine cooperation between the public and private sectors.
The results, the steps of undertake and plans for the improvement of education and vocational training.

Dear attendees,
Dear members of the Executive Committee for the Development of the Education and Vocational Training System,
Today, we are holding the fifth meeting in a row of this Commission. During this meeting, we will reveal the results and the steps taken to improve education and professional training, and we will discuss the challenges that are appearing to us as an obstacle to further advancement.
There are three issues that we will discuss today with a greater focus: First is the issue of the governance of education and professional training, which we have not yet managed to discuss and make a decision regarding the proposed scenario. We have to decide on one of the scenarios today, because MESTI has established the working group for the revision of the Law on Education and Vocational Training. It is important to have orientation for their further work.
Also, during the meeting, we will discuss the implementation of dual education, beginning with the last school year, the challenges faced by the implementation of dual education throughout this school year, as well as the plans that foresee the expansion of dual education.
Likewise, an important point for which we must discuss and make a decision is the role of the Chamber of Commerce to coordinate the implementation of dual education. Dual education cannot survive and exist without genuine cooperation between the public and private sectors, therefore genuine cooperation between them is needed. We as the Government must pay due attention and make decisions regarding the strengthening of this cooperation.
The idea of the foundation was to have better inter-institutional coordination, in order to contribute together to the advancement of education and professional training. Taking this into account, I ask all the institutions and members representing the various ministries and departments to provide information regarding the developments they have within their institutions regarding the development of VET. The best possible coordination will enable the most efficient use of both donors and the state budget.
