Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi in the light of regular weekly work meetings, hosted in a meeting the Ambassador of United States in Kosovo, Tracey Ann Jacobson. Discussion was mainly focused in the progress of the electoral process of early parliamentary elections, which were held few days ago in Kosovo, which were considered fair and democratic.

Prime Minister Thaçi thanked the U.S. Ambassador for the great support that all the embassy staff has given throughout this process. Prime Minister Thaçi also noted that upon certification of the final results by the Central Election Commission, immediate political actions will be taken in accordance with the laws and constitution for forming new and credible institutions in accordance with the will of citizens expressed in the June elections.

During these regular weekly meetings, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, today met also the Ambassador of United Kingdom Mr. Ian Cliff and Ambassador of Germany Mr. Peter Blomeyer with whom he also spoke about the successful conclusion of the electoral process and the formation of new credible institutions in accordance with the laws and Constitution of Kosovo.
