Prime Minister Thaçi thanked Minister Shaheed for the recognition of the Republic of Kosovo by the Republic of Maldives and for the contribution and support of the Maldives diplomacy for new recognitions of the Kosovo state.
“The institutions and the people of Kosovo will always be grateful for your support. The friendship and bilateral relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Maldives in every aspect will advance in the future,” said Prime Minister Thaçi.
On his part, Minister Shaheed conveyed the greetings from the President and the institutions of Maldives pledging continuous support for the Republic of Kosovo, promotion of friendship between the two peoples and countries and the commitment to advance relations in the future in all the fields in the common interest of both states.
