The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, hosted the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Jonathan Hargreaves.
Bilateral relations and current affairs were the topic of discussion. The discussion also focused on the next step towards the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in the Council of Europe and the importance that membership in this organization brings to the protection of freedoms and rights through access to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
In this regard, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of close cooperation with the United Kingdom as a founding state of the Council of Europe, ally and partner of the Republic of Kosovo.
