A day before tomorrow’s high-level meeting between Kosovo and Serbia facilitated by the European Union, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a telephone conversation from Brussels with the Senior Advisor of the US Department of State, Derek Chollet.
They talked about the agenda of tomorrow’s meeting and the expectations from this meeting and, as Prime Minister Kurti emphasized, the importance that the Basic Agreement and its Implementation Plan be implemented in full and in good faith.
He thanked Mr. Chollet for the role and support of the United States of America to Kosovo in passing the first phase of membership in the Council of Europe last week, and for their engagement in the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
