The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, was invited tonight to have iftar with the representatives of the Kosovar-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and citizens present in the Iftar Tent at the Palace of Youth.
The Prime Minister said that he was very honored and happy that he had this iftar together tonight, asking us to focus on our spiritual side and solidarity with others.
“On this occasion, I wish you light fasting in the holy month of Ramadan and a delicious iftar tonight, remembering that this month tells us to focus on our spiritual side, on solidarity with others, on understanding with everyone, on healthy cooperation and to the values of faith and hope,” he said.
Special thanks tonight, the Prime Minister had for his excellence the ambassador of Turkey in Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angili, the Head of the Kosovar-Turkish Chamber of Commerce, Abdurrahman Balkiz, the member of the Chamber and also the sponsor of this iftar, Mr. Güriş as well as the organizer of the iftar tent at the Palace of Youth, İskender Janova.

Ladies and gentleman,
I am very honored and happy that this iftar brought us all together.
On this occasion, I wish you light fasting in the holy month of Ramadan and a delicious iftar tonight, remembering that this month tells us to focus on our spiritual side, on solidarity with others, on understanding with everyone, on the cooperation of healthy and to the values of faith and hope.
On this occasion, I especially wanted to greet His Excellency the ambassador of Turkey in Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angili, the Head of the Kosovar-Turkish Chamber of Commerce, Abdurrahman Balkiz, the member of the Chamber and also the sponsor of this iftar, Mr. Güriş, the Deputy Prime Minister in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi and of course I left it as dessert for the end, from Turkey’s Eyup Sultan Foundation, organizer of the iftar tent from year to year every time we get together here at the Youth Palace, İskender Janova.
This is also the last iftar with the winter time because tonight after midnight the time changes and tomorrow iftar, don’t confuse it, is not at 18:08 but at 19:08.
