The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo welcomed in his office a delegation of professors and researchers from the University of Salento in Italy, who were accompanied by the Professors of the University of Prishtina, “Hasan Prishtina”, Lindita Sejdiu-Rugova and Majlinda Bregasi.
Together with the professor, at the same time the Director of the University Center of Languages at the University of Salento, Thomas Christiansen, the professor of Albanian Language and Literature at the same university, Monica Genes, the professor and the Director of the Study Branch: Language, Culture and Foreign Literature, Karl Gerhard Hempel and Flora Koleci, lecturers at the University of Salento, discussed the possibilities of cooperation and plans, as well as efforts for international certification of the Albanian language in foreign universities.
The Prime Minister thanked them for the visit, as he informed them about the governance so far, the results and achievements of the country, especially in the economic, democratic and civil liberties fields.
