The Government of the Republic of Kosovo expressed its concern regarding the recent developments related to war crimes indictments against former commanders and fighters of KLA.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo believes in fair fight of KLA commanders and fighters, a war that resulting in Kosovo’s freedom, independence, democratic state and a partnership with the international community, with U.S.A. and NATO.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo builds up and supports the Rule of Law, the independent and impartial functioning of the judiciary in general and of EULEX, and anticipates that this process as well will develop upon these principles which are backed by us the democratic world.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo believes in justice and in the innocence of commanders and soldiers of the KLA.
