Ramë Manaj, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, took part in the inauguration of the Regional Branch Office of the International Civilian Office in Prishtina which will monitor and advise the authorities of the municipal institutions in the Prishtina area.
In his speech, Deputy Prime Minister Manaj said that he considered there to be good cooperation between the Kosovar Government and the International Civilian Office, and gave the Kosovar Government’s commitment to continuing this cooperation in the implementation of the Inclusive Proposal for the resolution of Kosovo’s status.
“The Kosovar government is committed to respecting Kosovo’s ethnic and cultural diversity, which is seen as a cultural resource and part of the heritage of our country. We will continue to work together with the International Civilian Office to secure a calm and prosperous environment for all the people of Kosovo,” said Mr. Manaj.
The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the staff of this office, promising them ongoing collaboration with the Kosovar Government in order to fulfill the rights and obligations for the citizens of Kosovo.
