During the meeting of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo Edita Tahiri and the French ambassador, Jean-François Fitou, there was discussion on the perspective of the Kosovo’s foreign and national policy.
The effects of the dialogue in improving the lives of the citizens of Kosovo and in fostering regional cooperation were also discussed during the meeting.
The ambassador acknowledged the serious commitment of Kosovo in the technical dialogue and pointed out that this is a very important engagement in advancing the relations of Kosovo with the EU, which will mark substantial progress in the future.
Jean-François reiterated that France is strongly supporting the new state of Kosovo in its efforts to develop and gain new recognitions and in its Euro-Atlantic perspective.
Both interlocutors highly assessed the importance of the dialogue in promoting the European perspective of Kosovo.
