Kryeministri Kurti mori pjesë në ceremoninë hapëse të Forumit Ekonomik të Vjenës që po mbahet në Sofje të Bullgarisë

Kryeministri i Republikës së Kosovës, Albin Kurti, mori pjesë në ceremoninë hapëse të Forumit Ekonomik të Vjenës që po zhvillohet në kryeqytetin e Bullgarisë, Sofje.

Në fjalën përshëndetëse të tij, para të pranishmëve, ai theksoi partneritetin dhe miqësinë tonë me Bullgarinë, si dhe ndërmjet të gjitha vendeve anëtare të forumit.

Si mbështetës i këtij forumi, kryeministri tha se ne e njohim kontributin e rëndësishëm që ky organizim ka në bashkëpunimin rajonal, që shtrihet nga Adriatiku e deri në Detin e Zi.

“Marrëdhëniet e mira fqinjësore dhe bashkëpunimi rajonal na ndihmojnë të gjithëve dhe çojnë në integrim më të madh ekonomik dhe prosperitet për rajonin tonë”, tha ai ndër të tjerash.

Duke nënvizuar dhe progresin e vendit tonë në tri vitet e fundit, në indekset ndërkombëtare e në sundim të ligjit, zhvillim ekonomik, liri të mediave e demokracinë, kryeministri shprehu dhe se vendi ynë riafirmon dedikimin për objektivat e këtij forumi, si promovimi në nivel rajonal i bashkëpunimit ekonomik, investimeve dhe rritjes.

It is a great pleasure to be here with you today at the Vienna Economic Forum’s Sofia Meeting, as we look forward to marking with pride the 20th anniversary of this esteemed Forum.

As a supporter of the Vienna Economic Forum and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosova, we recognize the Forum’s significant contributions to regional cooperation, extending from the Adriatic to the Black Sea.

Under Kosova’s patronage, we recently held Vienna Economic Talks in Prishtina, where we underscored our collective commitment to sustainable investment.

Today, I am delighted that this event is happening here, in Sofia, highlighting the partnership and friendship between Kosova and Bulgaria, as well as between all the Vienna Economic Forum Member Countries.

Good neighborly relations and regional collaboration help us all and each other and lead to great economic integration and prosperity for our region.

As a cooperation partner with the Vienna Economic Forum, we affirm our dedication to the Forum’s principal objectives such as promoting regional and economic cooperation, investments and growth.

In the last three years that I have been in office as Prime Minister, Kosova has improved its indexes across the board. We have the fastest rise in indexes of liberal and electoral democracy, rule of law and freedom of media and we have the highest average economic growth.

These are the values that should lead us as a region because development and democracy go hand in hand, and it has our citizens as end beneficiaries.

Thank you to the Vienna Economic Forum for the platform and support and to the people and government of Bulgaria for being a host to this important forum for our region.
