Prime Minister of Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, met with World Bank Director for Western Balkans, Ellen Goldstein.
During the meeting, attended by Ministers Blerand Stavileci and Avdullah Hoti, Prime Minister Mustafa spoke about the progress achieved in Kosovo in economic development, reforms in the business environment, financial stability and advancing other development processes.
Prime Minister Mustafa stressed the commitment of the Government of Kosovo to cooperate with the World Bank thanking for the support so far, including support in the energy sector.
World Bank Director for Western Balkans, Ellen Goldstein, praised the achievements in Kosovo, pledging further support for Kosovo.
During the meeting they discussed the advancement in the energy sector projects aimed at creating new energy capacity, increasing efficiency in energy consumption and the support of the World Bank in this important sector for the development of Kosovo.
Prime Minister Mustafa and Director Goldstein also discussed the new strategy of the World Bank for Kosovo and other aspects of cooperation and its support for Kosovo.
