Government of the Republic of Kosovo held its 28th regular meeting, led by Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, whereby took decisions of its Constitutional and legal authorization.
The first point on the agenda that was approved the draft law on amendment and supplementation of the Law no. 04 / L-051 on Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Exercising Public Functions, which has three main goals: to strengthen the fight against conflict of interest, to meet the European standards for visa liberalization and progress report in order to befunctional in Kosovo.
The Government Cabinet approved the National Strategy and Action Plan Against Human Trafficking 2015-2019, which aims to coordinate preventive actions and fight against human trafficking in order to reduce the cases of trafficking in Kosovo to a minimum and coordination for providing quality services to victims of trafficking aiming at restoring their dignity through prevention of their re-trafficking.
Decided to allow hosting of the Central Registry of permits and licenses issued by the Central Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, in the domain of the Republic of Kosovo Government is approved.
Government of Kosovo tok a decision to continue the mandate of the State Commission members for Marking and Maintenance of the State Border, within three years, with the following composition:
1. Murat Meha, Kosovo Cadastral Agency, head;
2. Shaban Guda, Kosovo Police, member;
3. Besim Kajtazi, Office of the Prime Minister, member;
4. Sylë Ukshini, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, member;
5. Tefik Basha, University of pristina, member.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo also approved the decision for the allocatation of funds in the amount of 40 thousand euros, to meet the annual contribution of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for 2014 in the Regional Cooperation Council, based in Sarajevo.
