The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, on the basis of Article 94 (paragraph 4), of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, considering Article 6 (paragraph 4.1) and Article 7 (paragraph 5 and paragraph 6) of Regulation No. 02/2011 for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers (22.03.2011), and in order to improve the performance of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, issues this:
DECISION
1. Mr. Behgjet Pacolli is appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
2. Mr. Behgjet Pacolli will be specially appointed for international relations, to secure new recognitions for the state of Kosovo, and to bring foreign investment to the Republic of Kosovo. He will have duties and responsibilities defined for the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, in accordance with the legislation in force;
3. The decision enters into force on the day of signing.
