Prime minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, had a regular weekly meeting with special representative of secretary general Joachim Rucker. In the meeting were reviewed the modalities about the preparations for the finality of the process for the settlement of Kosovo status and common engagements for functional government.
Prime minister Thaçi evaluated that the government of Kosovo and UNMIK are coordinating the work and steps of local institutions , international authorities, and are in a close corporation with KFOR, for the building of democratic order and for secure steps toward the citizenship of Kosovo.
Prime minister informed the chief of UNMIK also for the preparations to issue the constitution and symbols of Kosovo, and also expressed the conviction that the universal corporation will continue for coordination of the activities for the successfully finalization on the process of Kosovo independence.
Chief of UNMIK Joachim Rucker, evaluated highly the engagement of Kosovo government confirming that together with it and UNMIK is totally focused in all important issues for Kosovo.
