Under the direction of prime minister of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaçi, today was hold the 4th Kosovo government meeting, where the prime minister informed the cabinet of the ministers for his visit in Brussels, apropos he said that he has taken the confirmation from Brussels that exists a unique statement of EU and USA to find the solution for Kosovo issue.
Current, the government approved the decision for the location of PISG from private objects in the public objects (OPM). Through this decision it is aimed that all governmental institution that are located in the private objects to be located as soon as possible in the public objects. For this is authorized the ministry of public services that within a 15 day term to present this to the government for approval the report of PISG located in the private objects and the detailed plan for the location in the public objects. Also it is requested from all ministries to corporate with ministry of public services, in order to harmonize the actions and the compose of the placement plan, in order that this process to end within one year.
Also it was approved the decision for the building of school objects in all locations where the teaching is being hold in the improvised objects (OPM). As a first step will be the building of 14 objects that will replace the improvised objects, while as a second step will be the building of school objects to facilitate the teaching process in the schools where the teaching process sis developed on shift. The building of new school objects should end until 1st of September 2008, in order that the new academic year to start in the new teaching objects. This is valid for the first category where the teaching is developed in the improvised objects. To apply this decision is responsible the ministry of education, science and technology, ministry of public services and the ministry of economy and finance.
In the today’s meeting of the governmental cabinet was approved the working plan for first 100 days of the government (OPM), where the Office of prime minister of Kosovo coordinated the works with the ministries for the preparations of government working plan for the first 100 days of the government.
Today was also approved the decision for the composing of action plan for European partnership (AEI-OPM) which will be prepared in accordance with deadlines determined from agency for European integration . to apply this decision is responsible the office of prime minister, ministries and all other relevant institutions.
Today also was approved the decision for the beginning of external audit in all governmental institutions (OPM), where part of it will all institutions of Kosovo. In the decision it is requested from the Office of general audit to start the audit of all institutions independently from internal audios that function according to the law. Audit will include all the institutions from past and current legislature. In this case it is obliged the Office of prime minister for procedure of the request in the Office of general audit and are obliged all institutions to apply this decision. It is approved also the decision for the establishment of the accreditation committee for the institutions of high education (OPM), purposely that the accreditation of institutions of high education to be in accordance with highest standards for private and public education, where was obliged the ministry of education, science and technology for the faster functioning of this committee, which will be contented from international experts. The ministry of education, science and technology and ministry of economy and finance are responsible to apply this decision.
In the end was approved the decision for the composing of the returning paln of educated cadre abroad (OPM), for its composing is obliged the ministry of public services.
