The message of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, for the fifth anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kosovo, reads:
April 9th – the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kosovo – is one of the important historic moments of the democratic Kosovo state.

The telegram reads:
Esteemed Prime Minister Cameron,
I was pained to receive the news that former Prime Minister Thatcher had passed away at the age of 87.

Reaching an agreement opens up a broader perspective, which cannot be stopped, and which will prevent any further freezing of conditions, but instead create progressive movement, and movement forward. In today’s meeting, the first decision of the Kosovo Government was to appoint seven mediators for copyright issues, respectively for disputes relating to agreements foreseen in the Law on Copyright and related Rights.

The Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuçi, visited the Society of Political Prisoners, at the start of the application process for recognition of the status of those politically convicted, imprisoned and persecuted in Kosovo.

I can say with constitutional, legal and civic responsibility that there is total harmony between the positions of Kosovo and the European Union. Today, in Brussels, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, met the American Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Philip Reeker. The meeting occurred just before Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi’s meeting with the Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi gave a statement to Kosovo Radio and Television (RTK) after the end of the eighth meeting in the dialogue mediated by Baroness Catherin Ashton, with the Serb delegation, led by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.

The Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, held a press conference, before setting off for Brussels to the next meeting with the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, with the mediation of the European Union High Representative on Foreign Policy and Security, Catherine Ashton.
