Prime Minister Kurti was invited to the iftar by the coordinating TIKA office in Kosovo

On the 18th day of the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, broke iftar together with the Ambassador of Turkey to Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı, the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Yasin Ekrem Serim, the commander of KFOR, General Özkan Ulutas, Mufti Naim Tërnava, ministers, deputy ministers, MPs, representatives and leaders of the institutions of our state, this iftar served by the coordinating TIKA office in Kosovo, headed by Fulya Aslan, coordinator of TIKA.

Wishing all the fasting people, that throughout this month they will have peace of mind and dedication of the heart towards the values of trust, cooperation, protection and development of peace, the Prime Minister called for more kindness towards each other, generosity and care for all, we unite around the call for better works.

“Every time we keep in mind the respect and high appreciation for the contribution that the generations before us have made, for the freedom of our people. While this month we also commemorate the sacrifice of the people of Kosovo, we always remember and honor the families of martyrs and martyrs”, said Prime Minister Kurti.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister thanked the Turkish TIKA for its continuous support, excellent cooperation and contribution to the development of Kosovo.

Ladies and gentleman,
Sisters and brothers,

It is a pleasure to be here with you tonight and although we are on the 18th day, since we are seeing each other today, let me wish you the Holy Month of Ramadan!

I wish that throughout this month you have peace of mind and dedication of your heart towards the values of trust, cooperation, protection and the development of peace. For more kindness towards each other, generosity and care for all, we unite around the call for better works.

Every time we keep in mind the respect and high appreciation for the contribution that the generations before us have made, for the freedom of our people. While this month we also commemorate the sacrifice of the people of Kosovo, we always remember and honor the families of martyrs and martyrs.
And together with nature, which is being renewed in this spring season, I wish that the month of Ramadan brings spiritual renewal. They say that a person’s true age is the age of his or her soul, so I wish you all to always have strong health and a young spirit.

I thank the Turkish TIKA for the continuous support, excellent cooperation and contribution to the development in Kosovo.

In this Ramadan I wish easy fasting and accepted prayers to all of you and each and every one of you.
May God accept the fasting of this day! And thank you very much for the invitation to this delicious iftar in the holy month of Ramadan.
