The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo hosted the non-resident ambassador of Canada for Kosovo, Jessica Blitt.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked the ambassador for Canada’s continuous support and assistance in all the state-forming processes of the Republic of Kosovo. He expressed gratitude in particular for the support provided for development, advancement of human rights and gender equality, as well as support in the process of membership in international organizations.
Ambassador Blitt, who is the resident ambassador in Zagreb, Croatia, thanked Prime Minister Kurti for his hospitality. She reiterated Canada’s continued commitment to the Republic of Kosovo, as well as support in its journey for integration and membership in international organizations.
Emphasizing the friendly relations between the two countries, the commitment to further expansion of cooperation and opportunities in the sector of mining, renewable energy and information technology services was reiterated
