Prime Minister Kurti participated in the Global Connect 2022 Economic Forum

On the first day of his stay in Stuttgart, Germany, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, participated in the opening ceremony of the Global Connect 2022 Economic Forum, where he also gave an occasional speech.

He thanked the organizers for the invitation and for the opportunity they have given Kosovo to participate in this Forum.

In his speech, Prime Minister Kurti talked about the opportunities that Kosovo offers to foreign investors and the values they share with the European Union. He said that our country has a democratic government and stable institutions that constitute a favorable basis for investors aiming for stable investments and their return.

Prime Minister Kurti singled out human capital as one of the advantages of the Republic of Kosovo. With 2/3 of the population under the age of 35, talented and motivated workforce and speaking foreign languages, Kosovo represents a very good opportunity for German businesses. On this occasion, he invited business representatives to visit Kosovo.

Referring to international reports such as Transparency International, Reporters Without Borders and the World Justice Project and economic indicators, Prime Minister Kurti said that good governance, the rule of law and economic growth are proven priorities of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

Prime Minister Kurti also visited the stand of the Republic of Kosovo in this forum and greeted the representatives of KIESA and the Business Union.

Global Connect is an economic forum for export and internationalization of companies in Germany, which are interested in expanding their activities mainly abroad. It is the only forum of this format in Germany and offers the opportunity to connect business people and create new contacts. The Republic of Kosovo, within the forum, which is being held today, has been given the opportunity to have its own stand to present its opportunities to German and other investors.
