During his stay in Tirana as part of the Berlin Process summit, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, had a bilateral meeting with the Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked Chancellor Scholz for the role and support of Germany towards the Republic of Kosovo. Our bilateral relations are linked to the common values of freedom, democracy and equality, he said.
The Prime Minister thanked the Chancellor for re-energizing the Berlin Process, which Kosovo strongly supports.
They discussed the security situation after the terrorist attack on Kosovo on September 24, where Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that Kosovo was under direct threat from a paramilitary terrorist attack sponsored by Serbia.
Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that moving forward must take into account the aggressive action of Serbia, for which there is evidence and sufficient facts of their involvement.
