The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, met the president of the “Our Lady of Good Counsel” Foundation, Father Ruggero Valentini, who is visiting Kosovo for the first time.
During the meeting, the long-term activity of this foundation in Tirana, which founded the University and the Hospital with the same name, was presented. During 1999, this Foundation sheltered and supported 1000 refugees from Kosovo.
The possibilities of cooperation in the field of education, health and culture were discussed. Among other things, the importance of cooperation in linking education with the economy sector was emphasized, with the aim of creating professional staff prepared for market requirements.
During his visit, Father Ruggero Valentini held meetings with the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku and the Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci.
