The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met Panagiotis Mourgos, managing director of the Greek-American company Texan Envipco Hellas Group, based in Connecticut.
Mr Mourgos spoke about the activity of this recycling company, which leads in Greece and Europe in terms of its field of expertise, especially with the relevant modern machinery.
He expressed interest in investing in Kosovo and bringing their experiences and know-how to our country.
Prime Minister Kurti welcomed their interest and encouraged them to come to Kosovo. He emphasized that the Republic of Kosovo offers a safe environment for investments, favourable conditions for operating and doing business. He emphasized the current institutional stability, which is a prerequisite for investment as well as the labour market with qualified workforce.
Mr Mourgos said that he will visit Kosovo soon and discuss concretely with relevant ministries and experts about the possibilities of starting investment in Kosovo by this company that recycles plastic, glass and aluminium.
