Prime Minister Kurti met last night MPs from various countries participating in the international parliamentary conference “The future of transport”

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, was last night part of the dinner within the framework of the international parliamentary conference on “The Future of Transport” organized by the Parliamentary Committee for Environment, Food, Agriculture, Planning and Development, and with the support of the German foundation Friedrich Erbert Stiftung.

During the dinner, Prime Minister Kurti informed the MPs about the government’s projects in the field of transport and energy, with special emphasis on the investments in the construction of the railway that will connect Pristina with Durrës and the projects for the diversification of energy resources. He emphasized the investment opportunities in the construction sector of new generating capacities of renewable energy from solar and wind technology.

Emphasizing the commitment of the Government in the field of education, Prime Minister Kurti also informed the MPs about the dual system of education that has begun to be applied in Kosovo. The aim is to link education with the economy and vocational education with the labor market in order to prepare the youth for the labor market.

Present at the dinner were MPs from Germany, Portugal, Albania, Turkey, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
