The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received in a meeting the German diplomat and former head of UNMIK, Joachim Rücker, and the former president of Kosovo, Fatmir Sejdiu.
During the meeting, Mr. Sejdiu informed the Prime Minister about the launch of his autobiography titled “Kosovo Hour”, a work that recounts the experiences and challenges in leading the country.
In the following, Mr. Sejdiu and Mr. Rücker shared with the Prime Minister details about the lecture they held at the University of Pristina, focusing on the importance of education and raising the younger generations.
For his part, Prime Minister Kurti highly appreciated the contribution and role of Germany in the development and consolidation of the state of Kosovo.
Another topic of discussion were the current developments and the challenges the country is facing, especially in the context of the dialogue with Serbia. Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the commitment of the government to advance in this process, in the normalization of relations with mutual recognition at the center, preserving state interests and promoting stability and peace in the region.
