The first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Developmenet and Dialog of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, welcomed in a meeting the MP of the German Budenstag from the Greens, Boris Mijatovic.
The excellent relations and the cooperation bridges between our countries continue to strengthen.
deputy Prime Minister Bislimi highly appreciated the role of Germany as a partner and key ally of Kosovo, emphasizing with special importance their great and active support in the processes of European integration.
The support in economic development and important sectors as energy, through different projects of support and cooperation, only complements the cadre of common work in service of our vision for development and wellbeing of all citizens in every corner of the country.
The MP Mijatovic put in sight the progress of Kosovo reflected in the index of this year’s Reports without Borders (RSF), where Kosovo grew with 22 countries in the last year, as proof of democratic and European values which Kosovo represents and brings to life. As well as the engagement of the Government in the fight against corruption and the work done in this direction.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi thanked the deputy Mijatovic for his availability and the help offered in regards of green and renewable energy, for which the Government remains dedicated and has approved the Strategy for Energy 2022-2031.
