The Office for Issues of Categories Deriving from the War (OICDW) within the Office of the Prime Minister, welcomes the signing of the Administrative Instruction for medical treatment outside public institutions by the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia.
Among the citizens who benefit directly from this Administrative Instruction are also war invalids and close members of the martyrs’ families, who will be fully compensated, i.e. 100% of the value of the invoice for services that are not provided in public health institutions in the country.
This Administrative Instruction also provides sustainable solutions to a long-standing problem of war invalids, which is related to the replacement and fitting of limbs with prostheses and orthoses.
