The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the next corresponding meeting, in which the decision was approved for the declaration of special public interest of immovable properties which are necessary for the realization of “Infrastructural Projects for Public Interest”, Cadastral Areas: Dren and Leshak, Leposaviq Municipality.
According to the decision, for the realization of “Infrastructural Projects for Public Interest” it is necessary to initiate and carry out the procedures of expropriation and assessment of the property for all registered owners.
