Government Commission on Missing Persons

1. Responsibilities, scope, rules and working procedures of the Government Commission for Missing Persons are defined by Law no. 04 / L-023 On Missing Persons, and with Regulation no. 15/2012 on the work of the Government Commission on Missing Persons (10.07.2012).

2. Within the Government Commission for Missing Persons, there is a Unit of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, which serves to organize, coordinate, develop and maintain the activities necessary for the work of the Commission.

3. The number of employees in the Unit of the Government Commission for Missing Persons is 4 (four) civil servants as follows:

3.1. Head of the CECP unit;

3.2. Case Officer;

3.3. Senior Database Officer;

3.4. Senior official of the CECP unit.
