Kosovo Agency for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety

1. The Kosovo Agency for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety, as the Executive Agency of the Government, respectively the Office of the Prime Minister, exercises its functions and responsibilities defined by Law no. 04 / L – 067 on the Kosovo Agency for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Official Gazette, no. 18, 03 July 2012) and the relevant Regulation on the organization of the Agency.

2. The Agency performs other duties and responsibilities defined by the legislation in force as well as the duties defined by the Prime Minister.
