In the Government Building, the eleventh meeting of the Strategic Planning Commission was held during the day. The First Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, the Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci, the Deputy Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Agon Dobruna, the Deputy Minister of Economy, Getoar Mjeku and the Deputy Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Jeton Raka were present.
Applications for the 10th round of investment grants and applications for the 30th round of technical assistance grants of the Western Balkans Investment Framework or WBIF were reviewed. The applications have been prepared by the line institutions, under the coordination of the Office of the Prime Minister and in close cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers as well as with their sponsoring financial institutions, which will provide loans for the realization of these projects. They have also consulted the EU Office.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi presented the proposed projects which are four applications for the 30th round of technical assistance and two applications within the 10th round of investment grants. These projects mainly affect the fields of education and infrastructure. The proposals were approved by the participants and the steps for the application will now continue.
