The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held an electronic meeting, in which it has amended and supplemented the Government’s decision No. 05/103 of 28 October, 2022, thus extending the deadline for registration with financial benefits for owners of vehicles with denominations “PR” “KM”, “PZ”, “GL”, “UR”, “PE”, “DA” or “ĐA” until 1 December, 2023. This change comes as a result of the large demand noted recently for vehicle registration with RKS license plates.
The new decision also foresees that after 1 December, 2023, owners of vehicles equipped with “PR”, “KM”, “PZ”, “GL”, “UR”, “PE”, “DA” or ” ĐA” from 10 June, 1999 to 21 April, 2022, will no longer have the opportunity to register these vehicles with RKS license plates, enter or move in and through the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
