This Sunday, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed in Pristina the representatives of the Albanian political parties of the Presheva Valley, who, beyond the local political differences, have decided to gather around a common list to run in the parliamentary elections of the 17 December in Serbia.
“The political battle of Albanians continues – Shaip Kamberi”, has brought together the Party for Democratic Action led by Shaip Kamberi, the Albanian Democratic Party of Ragmi Mustafa, the Democratic Progress Movement of Shqipërim Musliu, the Albanian Democratic Union with Naser Aziri and the Alliance for the Valley , represented by Armend Aliu.
Discrimination in representation, passivation of addresses, injustices and violations of the rights of Albanians are issues of concern that need to be discussed with a united and coordinated voice, it was said at the meeting.
Prime Minister Kurti congratulated the representatives of these five political parties for the agreement reached and wished them a successful campaign and preparation for the December 17 elections, which are of particular importance to ensure the representation of Albanians in the Serbian parliament as well as for the common goals for justice and equality for Albanians as a national minority there
