The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed the new commander of KFOR, Major General Enrico Barduani.
He wished Major General Barduani welcome to Kosovo and success in his new task, as he expressed the willingness and willingness for close cooperation between the government, security institutions and KFOR.
They talked about the importance of regular communication and coordination in the service of security and peace in the country, and the cooperation and joint activities of KFOR and Kosovo’s security institutions. The Prime Minister thanked KFOR for its ongoing role and contribution in Kosovo.
Major General Enrico Barduani is the 14th Italian officer to take command and will be the 29th commander of KFOR. He took command on October 11 of this year.
