– The house of the Kirajtani family located in the Historic Area of Prizren. Built at the beginning of the XIX century. it contains unique characteristics and high cultural heritage values. The front facade has a high artistic treatment, through decorative plastic.
– The House of the Vetimi Family, which is located on Saraçë street, and represents an example of residential architecture during the XIX century. Through restoration interventions, cultural heritage values have been preserved, providing more dignified living conditions for families.
The residential complex of the Munik Family, which belongs to the XIX century. In terms of urban composition and architectural treatment, the complex represents one of the few examples of residential complexes of that time. It stands out for high artistic treatment of the guest room, decorated with woodwork elements. The house and the stable were in very bad physical condition. They were saved from ruin through restoration.
Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Çeku thanked the Kirajtani, Vetimi and Munik families for their hospitality and for their commitment to the protection of the historical and traditional values of these houses.
The Historical Center of Prizren is a special protected area which is protected through the special Law on the Historical Center of Prizren.
