The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, visited the Red Cross Association of Kosovo today, where they were hosted by the Headof Red CrossFeride Hyseni and associates.
After being closely informed about the work and needs of the association, Prime Minister Kurti thankedthe Head Hyseni for the hospitality, expressing his willingness and full readiness for further cooperation.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the cooperation of the Red Cross through the Ministry of Justice, while emphasizing the help that the Red Cross has given to the Kosovo Correctional Service with clothing for prisoners, with the support of family visits for prisoners, while the families in transport for visits to prisons was provided for those in serious condition.
Also, as very important support from the Red Cross, Prime Minister Kurti mentioned the renovation of the Library at the Kosovo Correctional Service.
During the month of October, the Red Cross organizes the month of solidarity in action, and for this Prime Minister Kurti has offered his cooperation in one of these activities.
On the other hand, the Head of the Kosovo Red Cross Association, Feride Hyseni, thanked Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Vitia for the visit and expressed the will of the Red Cross for even closer cooperation in addressing the organization’s needs and achieving its objectives.
