The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, participated in the ceremony of the change of command of the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, KFOR.
This change of command ceremony was held at the KFOR headquarters in Pristina, where the current KFOR commander, Major General Özkan Ulutas, handed over his official duties to Major General Enrico Barduani.
This week, Prime Minister Kurti welcomed KFOR commander Ulutas in a farewell meeting. Major General Enrico Barduani is the 14th Italian officer to take command and will be the 29th commander of KFOR.
