In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Kosovo Police, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Deputy Prime Minister Emilja Rexhepi and the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, participated in a demonstration of the preparations and capabilities of the elite units. of the police.
There he saw closely the tactical equipment, work tools and professional preparations of the elite Police units in the face of any danger.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked the members of the police for the demonstration of professional training and exceptional skills in the protection of state personalities and in dealing with crowds that may aim to destabilize our country and the constitutional and legal order.
“Today, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Kosovo Police, we are proud to have you for the work and service you have done, for the contribution you have made up to the point of sacrifice, and where first of all and above all we remember and remember the 23 heroes of Kosovo from the ranks of our police”, said the prime minister, adding that this demonstration of all the specialized units of our police, from close protection to the K9 Unit, undoubtedly instills confidence in all people and increase it for all those who already had it.
Prime Minister Kurti said that the Kosovo Police is the most capable, the most disciplined and the most professional not only in the region, but also beyond.
Expressing his heartfelt gratitude and deep thanks, Prime Minister Kurti once again congratulated all members of the police on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Kosovo Police.
The General Director of the Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha, the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic, Saranda Bogujevci, and other leaders and institutional representatives were also present at this ceremony.

Thank you very much for this extraordinary demonstration of your professional preparation and your skills to save state dignitaries from great danger, but also to face crowds who aim to destabilize our country and the constitutional and legal order.
Today, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Kosovo Police, we are proud to have you for the work and service you have done, for the contribution you have made up to the point of sacrifice, and where first of all and above all we remember and commemorate 23 the heroes of Kosovo from the ranks of our police.
This demonstration of all our specialized police units from close protection to the K9 Unit definitely instills confidence in all people and increases it for all those who already have it.
