Prime Minister Kurti met with Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, continued his meetings in Munich, within the framework of the 61st edition of the Security Conference, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Hakan Fidan.

The Prime Minister said that Turkey is a partner and ally of Kosovo with whom we have strong bilateral relations and close cooperation in many areas, including economy and defense. He thanked Minister Fidan for Turkey’s support for Kosovo at the international level, its contribution to Kosovo’s security through KFOR and the partnership in the development of the local defense industry with the agreement signed with the Turkish company MKE for the functionalization of the ammunition factory.

At this meeting, together with Prime Minister Kurti were the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz, the Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci and the Director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, Petrit Ajeti.
