Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, met with the Prime Minister of the state of Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann, within the framework of the Hanover International Fair.
Prime Minister Kretschmann welcomed Prime Minister Kurti and emphasized the good and close relations between Baden-Württemberg and Kosovo, which have been further strengthened by the large presence of the Albanian community in this state, with over 150 thousand Albanians living and contributing there.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked him for the hospitality and said that this is the second time he has participated in this fair, expressing his satisfaction that this year more than a dozen companies from Kosovo – mainly from the metal processing and information technology sectors – are participating in the joint Kosovo booth.
During the meeting, the two prime ministers discussed the deepening of economic cooperation between Kosovo and Baden-Württemberg, agreeing to work on further strengthening trade and investment relations. The importance of further developing cultural cooperation between the two sides was also emphasized.
