Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, hosted a meeting with the Minister of Local Government Administration and the leader of the New Democratic Initiative of Kosovo (IRDK) party, Elbert Krasniqi, where they discussed the formation of the new government after the certification of the results of the February 9 elections, where the VETËVENDOSJE! Movement emerged as the winner. This meeting was part of the consultations being held by the Prime Minister with minority political parties. Also present at the meeting was the MP and member of the IRDK party, Fridon Lala.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked Mr. Krasniqi for the close cooperation during this government mandate and the work carried out. For his part, IRDK Chairman Elbert Krasniqi confirmed full readiness to continue this fruitful cooperation as well as support for Prime Minister Kurti in the formation of the new government.
