Prime Minister Kurti met with representatives of NATO and EU member states, as well as representatives of Japan and Switzerland

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, hosted in a meeting the ambassadors and representatives of the missions in Kosovo of the member states of NATO and the European Union, as well as the representatives of Japan and Switzerland.

In the joint meeting with the First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, was highlighted the commitment of the parties to cooperation and coordination of actions between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the representatives of the member states of NATO and European Union in Kosovo, as well as representatives of Japan and Switzerland.

With regards to the August 18th meeting, held in Brussels, Prime Minister Kurti reiterated that the Republic of Kosovo has shown willingness and readiness to engage in a principled and well-prepared dialogue, with the aim to reach an agreement centered on mutual recognition. He presented the elements of the six chapters of the General Framework of the future agreement with Serbia for the full normalization of relations, with mutual recognition at the center.

At this meeting, which follows the one held yesterday with the representatives of the European Union and QUINT countries, was discussed also about the processes and issues related to the dialogue between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia.
