On the third day of his stay in Poland, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with opinion makers, personalities of public life and Polish officials: from politics, media and academic circles. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Mrs. Henryka Mościcki-Dendys, who closely follows Kosovo.
In this conversation, the prime minister introduced the participants to the historical journey of freedom and independence of Kosovo, the state-building stages, the many challenges that the country has faced during the first years and after the war, to reach the present and the economic and democratic progress that he knows the place.
He also discussed relations with Serbia, their attack and act of aggression in Banjska, Serbia’s unwillingness to move forward on the road to normalization of relations, their ongoing escalations and threats on the ground and the support of criminals and terrorists such as Milan Radoicic.
During the discussion, other topics such as the priorities of the Polish presidency of the EU Council in the first half of next year, the perspective of the six Western Balkan countries towards the EU integration process, the effects in our region and especially in Kosovo that derive from the unjustified Russian aggression against Ukraine and the close ties between Russia and Serbia.
