Prishtina, 9 October, 2024
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held a regular meeting in which:
– Approved the decision on the Kosovo Reform Agenda within the EU Instrument for Reform and Economic Growth in the Western Balkans, which aims to implement the reforms towards EU accession and those for economic growth, negotiated with the EU .
– Approved draft laws:
– The Bill on Explosives;
– Bill on Payment Services.
– The Draft Law on the Financing of Water Resources Management.
– The draft law for the Central Inspectorate of Cultural Heritage.
– The Draft Law Against Negative Occurrences in Sports.
– Approved the Regulation for the Admission Procedure of Public Service Employees in the Health Sector.
– Approved the Regulation on the Standards, Methodology and System of Drafting and Monitoring of Operational Plans for Regional Development of Developing Regions.
– Approved the Regulation on the Establishment, Organization, Operation and Monitoring of Centers for Regional Development in Development Regions.
– Approved the decision for the partial cancellation of Final Decision No. 07/95 dated March 26, 2019.
– Approved the Final Decision for expropriation for public interest of immovable properties which are affected by the realization of the Project: Construction of Regional Road R221 Cerkolez, Rakosh.
– Approved the Final Decision for the expropriation and the creation of the right of easement for public interest of the immovable properties which are affected by the realization of the Project: “Construction of the Substation in Malishevë”.
– Approved the Preliminary Decision for expropriation for public interest of immovable properties for the needs of Customs Terminals.
– Approved the Decision for the further review of the request for expropriation for public interest of real estate affected by the realization of the Project: “Entrance to the City of Ferizaj”.
– Approved the decision for the further consideration of the request for expropriation in the public interest of the immovable properties which are affected by the realization of the Project: Construction of the Mushtisht-Shtërpcë Regional Road.
– Approved the decision for the further consideration of the request for expropriation in the public interest of the immovable properties which are affected by the realization of the Project: “The Outer Circle of the City of Gjilan and the Key of the National Road”.
– Approved the decision for the appointment of the ad hoc Committee for Professional Evaluation for Admission to the Senior Position of the Management Category: Executive Director in the Agency for Agricultural Development.
– Approved the decision for the appointment of the ad hoc Committee for Professional Evaluation for Admission to the Senior Position of the Management Category: General Secretary in the Ministry for Communities and Return.
– Approved the decision for the appointment of the General Secretary in the Ministry of Regional Development.
– Approved the request of the Ministry of Health for the payment of 22 (twenty-two) self-financed specialists from the Presheva Valley, Republic of Albania, Republic of Montenegro.
– Approved the decision to amend and supplement Government Decision No. 29/112 of December 13, 2022 for the approval of the Action Plan for Mitigating the Immediate Socio-Economic Impact of the Energy Crisis, amended and supplemented by Decision No. 03/128 of February 16, 2023.
– Approved the decision to amend and complete Government Decision No. 20/145 of June 7, 2023 for the establishment of the Steering and Coordinating Committee for reviewing the progress of the implementation of the measures of the Implementation Plan for mitigating the immediate socio-economic impact of energy crisis.
– Approved the Strategy for the Development of the National Spatial Information Strategy and Action Plan 2024-2026.
– Approved the Draft Action Plan of the Intelligent Transport System Strategy for Kosovo, for the years 2024-2026.
– Approved the Concept document for the field of Metrology.
– Approved the request of the Kosovo Privatization Agency for the return of funds transferred to the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo in the amount of eight thousand five hundred and ten euros.
– Approved the request of the Ministry of Economy for the allocation of budget funds in the amount of four million thirteen thousand and seventy-nine euros (€4,013,779), for the implementation of measure 4 and 5 of the Action Plan for mitigating the immediate socio-economic impact of the energy crisis, according to Government Decision No. 29/112 dated 13.12.2022, supplemented and amended by Government Decision No. 03/128 dated 16.02.2023.
– Approved the request of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports for the transfer of funds in the amount of four million two hundred and thirty-five thousand euros (€4,235,000), up to less than 25% of the allocation negatively affected in total in the category of capital expenditures of the programs for 2024, for the implementation of the program in the field of culture and sports.
– Approved the Action Plan of the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers for the implementation of the recommendations of the Annual Audit Report for 2023.
