The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting, in which it approved:
– The Medium-Term Expenditure Framework 2024-2026, which represents the main document on the basis of which the Annual Budget for 2024 will be drawn up. The main purpose of the KASH is to provide a grounded analysis of the macroeconomic environment in the country, to decide thus the basis for budget planning for the coming years in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Government.
– The quarterly report of the Budget for the year 2023. During this quarter, the total receipts were in the amount of 675.84 million euros and represent 20 percent of the overall planned annual receipts, while compared to the realization of the quarter of the previous year, an increase of 22 percent was noted.
– The State Debt Program for the years 2024-2026.
– Amendment and completion of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, No. 04/73, dated 30.04.2022, on the Establishment of the State Admission Commission for senior management positions, through which the member of the commission, Edi Gusia, executive director of the Agency for Gender Equality within the Office of the Prime Minister, is replaced with Mr. Agron Llugaliu, General Director of Kosovo Customs. Likewise, the substitute member of the State Admission Commission for the positions of the senior management category, Mrs. Fadile Dyla, General Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation instead of Mrs. Anita Alaj Kalanderi for the recruitment procedure: General Secretary of the Ministry of Justice.
– The decision on the appointment of the Admissions Committee for State Administration institutions for the ICT systems specialist Group, Group no. 61 in this composition:
1.1 Fikrete Zeka, Officials in DMZP/MIB, chairperson;
1.2 Genc Hamzaj, Leader in ARS/MIB and deputy. Director of ASHI, member;
1.3 Albert Hajrizaj, Leader in TAK/MFPT member;
1.4 Besim Lushta, Leader, Kosovo Customs/MFPT, member;
1.5 Fisnik Meha, Specialized organizations, member.
