The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has today held an electronic meeting in which there are:
• Approved the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework for the years 2025-2027, which represents the main document on the basis of which the Annual Budget for 2025 will be drawn up. The main purpose of the KASH is to provide a grounded analysis of the macroeconomic environment in the country, in order to establish the basis for budget planning for the coming years in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Government.
• Approved the quarterly report of the Budget for 2024, which contains a summary of the main trends of budget revenues and expenditures throughout the period of this quarter of 2024. The report also contains summary analyzes of the corresponding period, reflects revenues according to collecting institutions at the level central and local, details on revenues by tax type, as well as comparisons with previous periods and budget projections.
• Approved the State Debt Program for the years 2025-2027. In this document, the latest developments in the state debt parameters are reflected, the main risks related to the structure of the state debt are assessed and the medium-term objectives of the state debt management are defined.
